4 Days retreat at The Lodge

Day 1 - Status check.

Your beliefs and values determine how you experience reality, are they supporting you?

Because your body responds to your imagination as though it is your actual experience,  the most powerful thing you can do is to learn to focus your mind on what you want; rather than what you don’t want. Obvious, so what stops us? Stuff, negative emotions, unhelpful beliefs. You will learn how Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) works.

Day 2  - Clearing.

You will learn Time Line Therapy®Techniques, fast and effective tools for removing limiting beliefs and resolving anger, sadness, fear, hurt and guilt.

You will do Ho’o pono pono, the Huna process used the world over for reconciliation and forgiveness, and generally communicate more elegantly and effectively with yourself and others.

Day 3 - Re-birth

You are in charge, now find out how the wisdom and beauty of the Seven Liberal Arts,(rhetoric, grammar, logic, mathematics, geometry, music, cosmology), which comprise the Perennial Philosophy, will inspire a glorious future in you.

Experience connection with your higher self.

Day 4 - Goal setting and visit to the Alhambra

There is nothing you can’t achieve if you set your mind to it.

Timetable 

Typically each day will start at 10 am, there will be two morning sessions with a coffee break, then lunch at 1.30. Leaving time for siestas, massages, and visits, we resume at 5pm, a break in the middle and finish at 8.30pm, followed by dinner.

We arrive in time for dinner on the evening of Thursday 6th June and finish on Monday 10th June. There will be an opportunity to go to Granada to visit the Alhambra. The best way is by train from Ronda leaving in the morning, lunch when we arrive and visit in the afternoon. It takes about an hour and a half by road to get to Malaga from Granada, in time to catch an evening flight. Ronda is about an hour and a half from Malaga. Easyjet fly from Gatwick, Stanstead and Luton. Taxis can be shared or you may wish to hire a car.
